In addition to fire and security systems our multi-disciplined team of UK wide engineers are trained and certified to work on portable extinguishers and emergency lighting - particularly useful for our national retail customers.
As well as maintaining our own systems and installations, we are able to take on the support of systems by other manufacturers thanks to the skills and knowledge of our trained engineers.
You need an efficient maintenance service, which is why we offer two different types of engineers with coverage across the UK, ‘Maintenance’ and ‘On demand’ (fault) engineers. Our ‘Maintenance’ engineers focus on delivering the Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) visits on time. This leaves our ‘On-demand’ engineers ready to respond quickly to fault callouts when needed. For large sites with demanding systems, we are also able to provide a ‘Resident’ engineer who can manage their own workload to keep the site fault-free and fully maintained.
UK fire regulations make the employer responsible for fire safety within their business. Employers have a legal requirement to carry out a fire risk assessment that looks at reducing and removing the risk of fire. Clymac offer comprehensive fire risk assessment support for our client base as part of a maintenance support contract for total peace of mind.
Our service admin team are centralised at our HQ in Loughborough, so if post-visit works are required, everything is coordinated from one location meaning nothing is missed. All our admin staff are trained to work on a range of different client portals simplifying the flow of information and instructions.
A copy of your engineer’s Electronic Worksheet along with the outcomes will be sent to you via email after any visit.
All our vehicles are fitted with trackers, so we are able to find the closest engineer to you.
