NICEIC Approved Contractor Scheme
The NICEIC Approved Contractor Scheme is an electrical industry leading certification that demonstrates that Clymac has achieved & operates to to the required NICEIC standards and audits. The NICEIC is approved by the UK certification Service (UKAS) to EN 45011, ensuring independance & fairness is adopted.
We are inspected on an annual basis to ensure our small works installatio team meet the UK standard, BS 7671, and issue safety certificates once the work’s complete.
LPS1014 (Loss Prevention Certification Board)
The Loss Prevention Certification Board (LPCB) is the leading international Certification Body in the fields of security and fire protection. LPCB approval is recognised by governments and regulatory authorities across the world. LPS1014 is an end-to-end 3rd party certification process certified by LPCB, encompassing design through to ongoing system maintenance of fire detection and alarm systems.
LPCB is the most comprehensive externally audited certification scheme in fire protection industry.

The Loss Prevention Certification Board (LPCB) is the leading international Certification Body in the fields of security and fire protection. LPCB approval is recognized by governments and regulatory authorities across the world. LPS1204 is an end-to-end 3rd party certification process certified by LCB, encompassing design, Installation, commissioning and servicing of gas extinguishing systems.
LPCB is the most comprehensive externally audited certification scheme in the fire protection industry.
ISO9001: 2015 (Loss Prevention Certification)

NSI Gold (National Security Inspectorate)
NACOSS Gold is the premier scheme awarded by the National Security Inspectorate (NSI) for electronic security systems companies wishing to meet the industry’s highest standards. Companies approved to this scheme must achieve business excellence through the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System standard as well as achieving a long-term track record of performance, reliability and stability.
BAFE SP101/ST104
BAFE is a independent third party registration body for the fire protection industry, BAFE develop schemes for UKAS certified certification bodies to assess and approve companies to recognized standards. Clymac has demonstrated that it meets the high standards set by BAFE for the commissioning and maintenance of portable extinguishers.
FIA – The Fire Industry Association
Clymac have been a member of FIA for a number of years, The Fire Industry Association, or the FIA as they are more commonly known, is a not-for-profit trade association with the aim of promoting the professional status of the UK fire safety industry.
WEEE – Waste Electrical & Electronic Equipment
The WEEE Directive is aimed at reducing the amount of waste electrical and electronic equipment that ends up in landfill. To comply with WEEE regulations Clymac joined a Producer Compliance Scheme which provides a link between producers and environment agencies as well a number of services to enable WEEE to be effectively and economically recycled or reused

Altius are independent company who have extensive knowledge of vendor assessment, Clymac have achieved ‘assured vendor’ status by demonstrating our excellent services to customers and displayed that we meet all requirements of Health & Safety legislation

CPD Member
Established in 1996, The CPD Certification Service is the independent CPD accreditation centre working across all sectors, disciplines and further learning applications.
They evaluate further learning activities to the highest standards. Hundreds of thousands recognise the CPD Certified symbol as the qualitative benchmark that, not only reflects, but also sets those standards.
Clymac are now members of the CPD Certification Service with all internal training courses formally accredited to ensure that the material concerned achieves the qualitative standards required by all parties.
We are also members of CHAS, Construction Line Gold, Contractor Plus, Safe Contractor and Modern Apprentiships industry bodies.
